Hello dear guests!!! The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a German-built house. Inside there is a green quiet courtyard, fenced off from the world. A playground, benches for relaxation. German houses were built using unique technologies. They are warm in winter and cool in summer. There is always enough air thanks to the very high ceilings. Autonomous heating will allow you to adjust the temperature yourself. Guest access There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a spacious kitchen. Up to 9 beds. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and a small double sofa. The sofa in the living room is convertible. At your request, we can additionally provide a baby crib or a folding bed. The living room has a working fireplace, there is an exit to the balcony overlooking the city. Other things to note We have prepared everything you need to feel at home. Professional cleaning after each guest.
