Welcome to the Snowcrest Suite, a renovated 3bd/2ba condo just a short walk from the base area of Crested Butte Mountain Resort! Enjoy the private, covered balcony with direct mountain views and the oversized shared hot tub/grill area when you're not out adventuring. With sleeping for 6, the family can spread out and truly ENJOY all that the Gunnison Valley has to offer! The space **Please read and agree to all of the disclosures at the bottom of the listing description prior to submitting a booking request.** Enter on the main floor which includes two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bathroom, and a storage closet. In the upstairs loft, there are two twin beds making it a fun area for kiddos! Down a set of stairs, the main living area awaits! This stunning space includes the kitchen, dining table, and living area with access to the large, covered patio. The views are truly what makes this property special - enjoy unobstructed views of Mt. Crested Butte and the down-valley mountain ranges directly from the patio while you enjoy a cup of coffee or apres beverage! The kitchen offers all the basic amenities you might desire and more! Starter supply of standard coffee is provided. DISCLOSURES: STAIRS DISCLOSURE: There is no elevator in this complex. There are 4 flights of stairs (47 steps!) between the parking lot and the unit itself. In Winter months these can be icy and relatively steep. AC DISCLOSURE: There is no AC in this building, nor in most of Gunnison County. PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule. PARKING DISCLOSURE: Guests are allotted 2 parking passes to be used in the building lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 2 parking passes are provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly! HOT TUB DISCLOSURE: The hot tub is managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay. CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2025/2026 Season on November 26th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced. STR# 303040 “For Emergency Contact/Local Representative contact information, go to the Town of Mt Crested Butte website and navigate to the Short Term Rental page.” Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the entirety of the condo. The hot tub area is shared with the rest of the building. The laundry facility is also shared with the building and is coin operated; coins are not provided.
