Elegant, peaceful and clean rooms to rent.

I am only able to rent for 30 days or more due to city ordinances. I live in a safe neighborhood. The upstairs is where my guest rooms are. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom and are large in size. I am a writer and I work from home but I live downstairs and will respect your privacy. I will not allow smoking, drinking or drugs. I will run a credit and background check. I have well behaved cats and one Maltese. I can not allow any more pets at this time. I am close to 35 N and 35S The space For a small fee you can have access to the pool complex and also the gym at the HOA clubhouse. For an additional fee you can use my garage, or you can park on the street. Due to city ordinances I can not rent out for less than a month at a time. During your stay I will be available all the time unless I am away on a trip
