With a shared heated saltwater pool and located on the same road as a famous right-hand point break in JBay, it's an ideal destination for families and surf enthusiasts seeking a memorable coastal getaway. Moreover, this remarkable property is fully independent of load shedding, thanks to its solar panels, inverter, and backup batteries. You can enjoy uninterrupted power supply, ensuring your comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Upstairs, the main house, where guests will stay. The main room offers a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, large windows, and an abundance of natural light, creating a serene sanctuary. The additional bedrooms feature two three-quarter beds and a double bed, with a shared guest bathroom that boasts a large walk-in shower. Each room is tastefully decorated, offering cozy and inviting spaces for a peaceful night's rest. The living area is a true gem, with a lovely lounge providing the perfect spot for relaxation and socializing. The large, fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with modern appliances, including a Breville coffee machine for your morning brew. The kitchen also features a large 5-plate gas burner, oven and a Nutribullet ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Downstairs which has it's own private entrance and is separate from the main house, is where myself, husband two young children live. For those traveling and working, we provide fast WiFi and dedicated workspaces, ensuring you can stay connected and productive. Additionally, the property includes extra linen, towels, and beach towels, so you can pack light and enjoy the convenience of fresh linens throughout your stay. Relax and tan by our heated saltwater water pool. Kindly note that this is a shared space of the house. You'll have the added convenience of a washer and dryer for your laundry needs located in the garage. This home is ideally located just a two-minute walk from the best surf spots, making it a haven for surf enthusiasts. Other things to note Please note that while our beach house does not offer direct beachfront views, it is conveniently located just one street back from the beach. Easy beach access is available, allowing you to reach the sandy shores within a short walk. Although you may not have beachfront views from the property, you'll still be able to enjoy the convenience of being near the beach and experiencing the coastal atmosphere. Also kindly note that myself, husband and two small children also reside on this property below the main house
