Enjoy our apartment , refurbished in 2021, stylish from the 70s, with balcony, sea view in former palace, art-deco. The accommodation: Spacious (60 m2), bright, crossing, quiet and air-conditioned, ideally located, and very easily accessible by car or tram! 10 minutes by car from Nice airport, close to shops, the beach, restaurants, museums, and other leisure activities. The space Our apartment is on the 6th and top floor of an old palace. The entrance to the building has retained the pomp of its time with two wooden and wrought iron elevators. Entering the apartment, a lobby, which turns into an extra room with two 80 cm beds and a small desk.
