Cold Spring Private Suite - 2 min from train

Hudson River themed private room and bath with private entrance on the front of the house. The location is perfect for enjoying everything Cold Spring's village has to offer. We are one block from the train station, one block to lower Main St, and located directly across the street from the river on Market St. We have kayaks and hiking maps that you are free to borrow. We are always happy to help you plan your trip or activities and answer any questions about the area that we can. The space -Private suite has its own private entrance from the front porch (see the white double doors in the photo). -Full private bathroom with walk in shower -Bedroom has a rocking chair and a desk with comfortable office chair, Roku Tv, and ceiling fan. -Small walk-in closet with mini fridge and Keurig for coffee and tea -Front porch has a very comfortable 2-3 person bench swing -Driveway parking for one vehicle We have three young children and a dog. We have added soundproofing, but it is probable that you will hear our family at times. When we have guests we oftentimes head to our third floor after dinner to keep any noise down for the guests. Don't worry about us hearing you - we are much more concerned about you enjoying a peaceful stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire suite and front porch entrance: This includes private bathroom with new shower, comfortable desk, closet with mini fridge and coffee, front porch with bench swing and view of the Hudson River. If you are arriving by car please let us know so we can make sure to leave you space. Feel free to park on either side of the driveway. We usually park on the side along the retaining wall so guests don't have to. During your stay We are always happy to provide as much or as little interaction as you prefer. We would be happy to offer suggestions for things to do in town, just let us know! Also, check out the guidebooks. Other things to note We are just 4 houses away from the Cold Spring train station parking lot, perfect for someone arriving by train (and parking if you bring your car). We are just one block from Main Street and have several parks within very short walks. The kayak launch into the Hudson is just a few houses away and we have kayaks that you could borrow (liability waiver signature needed). We have a driveway where you can park your car off street. Please let us know ahead of time if you are arriving by car and will need parking. We have three young children and a dog.
