Pen Coed is an idyllic, spacious coastal home nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Llŷn Peninsula, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, just a 5-minute stroll from the golden sands of Porthdinllaen beach. Explore coastal walks, golf at the spectacular Nefyn course "the Pebble Beach of Wales" stunning beaches and sea-cliffs, don't miss a drink at the renowned Ty Coch pub! Unwind on our patio with BBQ and outdoor shower, and enjoy free overnight EV charging. The space The property is an immaculate and spacious two-bedroom bungalow with excellent accessibility throughout. It features one double bedroom (with a king bed) and a twin room (with two single beds and a washbasin). A cot is also available if required. There’s one main bathroom with a large bath (including a shower head) and a separate walk-in shower. The open-plan living and dining area is generously sized, with a six-seater dining table, three sofas, a large love seat, and additional seating and tables - perfect for board games or relaxing evenings. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, featuring ample storage, a new Bosch dishwasher, Indesit double oven, air fryer, microwave, and Breville kettle and toaster. We also provide crockery, cutlery, and non-stick pots and pans - all brand new. A separate utility room offers additional storage space, a large fridge freezer, and a brand-new washer-dryer (2025) For entertainment (if you're not out exploring the beaches!) there’s WiFi, TV, and radio - plus access to Netflix, Prime, iPlayer, 4OD, and Sky Freeview via a new 43” Samsung 4K OLED TV. On arrival, you’ll find a local guide with our recommendations for nearby cafés, shops, attractions, and restaurants to help you make the most of your time on the Llŷn Peninsula.
