Our home is on a 5 acre remnant of a larger 1800’s farm with an updated Greek Revival farm house, two barns, a pond,two dogs and chickens. The guest suite is in the front part of our home, separated by doors we close off. The guest suite has two queen bedrooms, upstairs bath, Living room and patio. Coffee and tea making facilities available. A third full sized room is possible to add for an extra fee but it is not always available. The guest suite is entered by a separate entrance with code access, (2917) Available to orient you to the town and for questions through out the day. Our farm house dates back to 1841 and is tucked away on 5 acres but is close to shopping on Rt 44 and Ethel Walker School and Ski Sundown. Parking is easy at our home . No public transit directly available but it can be accessed on Rt 44 close by. We are very near the bike trail into Simsbury.
