The space Located on the second floor (no elevator) of a beautiful historic building renovated in 2022, beyond a flight of stairs still a little worn, you will discover a 46 m2 apartment very pleasant to live in that can accommodate up to 4 people. Featuring high ceilings, the apartment is spacious and bright with its 5 large windows. The refined decor and quality furniture create a warm atmosphere. The apartment has a nice living room with its equipped kitchen and living room. The large bedroom, with its premium 160 x 200 queen size bed and storage, will allow you to settle in comfortably. The sofa bed in the living room offers a second 140 x 200 bed. The bathroom, adjoining the bedroom, has a large shower. The office and the very high-speed internet connection make it possible to telework in good conditions. You have access to TV (Netflix included) and a connected speaker to listen to your favorite playlists.
