Our apartment is located in basement level, has two private entrances/exits, easy 24hrs check in and easy check out with lockbox, free street parking. Located close to downtown Chicago, Midway airport, orange line train station. Groceries store, bus stop, shopping and dining at walking distance. We have enhanced our cleaning protocols and spaced out our reservations two days between guests to allow the place to ventilate and deep clean. We provide cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer. The space The apartment was recently renovated and has central air and heat, one bedroom with a queen size bed, closet with hangers, night stand and chest of drawers. Desk and comfortable chair. Dinning room, Is stocked with dinnerware, knife, cutting board, can opener, bottle opener, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, salt, pepper, paper towels, cleaning spray and hand sanitizer. Dish drying rack. Laundry sink is stocked with sponge and dish soap. Living room has TV with chromecast streaming device connected to WiFi. Bathroom has bath and hand towels, floor towel, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. The shower has amazing water pressure. Full length and personal mirrors, door hooks, Iron, iron board, personal heating units are also provided. 5 min walking to dinning, groceries and drugstore. 7-8 min walking to shopping plaza. The space has central air conditioning and heat, however, the basement doesn’t have control over them.
