Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded. The space Kitchen living room together. Two bedrooms on first floor third on the second floor. Large front porch, great view of river. Guest access Lots of parking , no close neighbors, except us, about 100 yards away. Other things to note There are bicycle trails, paved along the Allegheny River, and along Oil Creek in Oil Creek state park. Nice ride or walk. Also fall and summer train rides through the valley that changed the world. That is along the Oil Creek in the state park. In winter cross country skiing on trails in the park, or on the bicycle trails. Great fly fishing in Oil Creek, for the fishers. Of course there is fishing just out front in the river.
