The Timbers, A-2 Sugar Mtn, NC 1 Bedroom Condo

Relax in this remodeled 1 Bd Condo. Feel like you are in a tree house! Fireplace, modern and comfortable. All Sugar Mtn amenities at your doorsteps. Close to Boone, Banner Elk and Blue Ridge Parkway. Hike, Bike, Canoe and relax. Completely furnished with all you need! The space Our unit is in the lower section of a 2 floor round house. We are on the right side, A-2. Our building is one of 5 Round Houses, called the Timbers. We are across the street from the ski slopes, but there is no way to walk down to the slopes from the units. During the winter, if you are coming to ski, it is best to drive down to the slopes, the earlier you go in the mornings, the closer you will be able to park near the lodge. Guest access Our guest have the entire 1 bedroom condo. We notify the guest prior to arrival with the code for entry. Other things to note During the winter months, parking in front of our building can be a challenge. We are suppose to have 2 spaces in font of our building, however in the winter when it is really busy, sometimes other people park in our spaces. If this happens, park anywhere you can in our parking lot. We are currently trying to solve this issue. Thank you for your patience.
