This wheelchair friendly spacious studio apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, bathroom with a walk-in, wheelchair friendly shower, front loading washer/dryer and private screened in porch; beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella are all included with rental. About a 10 minute walk to the ocean and 3 minute walk to the ICW. Our community is very peaceful, quiet. The space Our home is a traditional piling beach house with our main living area upstairs. The studio apartment is on the ground floor. Parking is easy. Access to the apartment is private and separate from main living space. A private screened in porch for relaxing and private outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Guest access Guests have a private studio apartment with separate entrance, parking, and private screened porch. Other things to note We have a basketball goal, corn hole, and most beach accessories needed for your beach days that are all available for guests to use. This is the perfect quiet home and community for peaceful early morning coffee on the porch and winding down with your favorite beverage in the evening.
