The house boasts three bedrooms, so it can sleep up to six guests, and has a large garden, making it perfect for those travelling with children. The space With the beach, countryside and plenty of attractions nearby, you and your loved ones could enjoy plenty of memorable days out during your stay. As soon as you enter the cottage, you’ll feel right at home. There is a spacious lounge with a wood burner for those chilly days and a Smart TV/DVD so you can curl up to watch a movie together in the evenings. On sunny mornings, you can open the garden doors in the kitchen/diner and sit with a cup of coffee at the breakfast bar in front of the TV/DVD. If it’s time to turn in for the night, there are three bedrooms upstairs. You’ll find a king-size, twin, and bunk bedroom for children, each with a TV/DVD. There is also a family bathroom and a separate WC. Outside, you can make the most of the generous, enclosed garden. There is a patio and a BBQ, so you can make delicious meals for your hungry party. If you’re an avid walker, the house is in the ideal spot for exploring the South West Coast Path. With a 4-mile section from Seaton to Lyme Regis, you can experience the dramatic Undercliffs National Nature Reserve. Back in Seaton, you can enjoy the local independent shops, eateries and the heritage tramway leading to Colyford (2 miles) and Colyton (3 miles).
