Located 2 kilometers from Merlimont beach, and a 5-minute walk from shops (bakery, butcher, greengrocer, pharmacy, tobacco-press...), the accommodation is located on a quiet street at the end of which you can access the dunes with a walking trail and a fitness trail. Parking is free on the street and you have independent access to access the house. The space The entrance opens onto a dining room open to the kitchen with a sitting area, orange decoder TV with access to NETFIX and internet via Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker and toaster. The hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed (2 beds of 90 x 200), a children's bedroom with 3 beds of 90 x 200, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to a bedroom with a double bed (2 beds of 90 x 200) and a baby bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed. Various childcare items are at your disposal (high chair, changing mat, potty…). In addition, duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases are provided, as well as towels. For the baby bed, please let us know in advance. Outside, you have a terrace with table and chairs, barbecue, a garden area with a furnished chalet in which you will find children's games. You can also store your bikes there if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet so to respect the tranquility of the residents, parties and events are prohibited and noise is to be moderated in the evening.
