The spacious guest room with attached exclusive bathroom plus toilet offers the comfort of a luxury hotel room. Espresso machine, kettle, mini fridge, dishes, cutlery and glasses make it possible to retreat into your "own four walls." The high-quality box spring bed (160 × 200) guarantees sleeping comfort. The guest room also has a work desk, plenty of storage space, a new TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. Iris the hostess lives in the apartment herself. Another room is rented out on a long-term basis. We are both working and usually only sleep in the apartment.
