There is a 55" smart T.V and Hi-Fi system with a DVD and a USB card reader. The kitchen is modern with ceasar stone bench tops and fully equipped including dishwasher and microwave oven. Also there is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. All the rooms are air conditioned and contain ceiling fans. Free secure under cover parking is also included free of charge and free Wi-Fi. Not only the apartment has panoramic ocean views during the day but also at night the promenade on the beach is all lit up enabling the guests to see the waves and all the entertainment, fireworks (available certain times throughout the year) and night markets (available on certain days) are all just across the road from the apartment. There are smoke detectors on every level above the fire stair doors if for any reason the smoke moves from our apartment into the foyer area this will set off the building fire evacuation system resulting in Queensland fire personnel arriving and a call out fee of $1200 paid by the person who caused the activation. Guest access Guests will have full access to the resort facilities by booking this Airbnb. You will not be able to store luggage onsite however Coastal Letting Co (your host) can assist you with luggage storage if required (during office opening hours). Other things to note Please be advised that the Peninsula building is undergoing essential renovations have started from 11 September, with works expected to continue through to early December. This includes upgrades to the lobby, driveway, and basement entry. During this time, there may be increased noise, restricted access to certain areas, and temporary changes to entry points. Most access will be via the basement lifts, and the driveway and car park entrance will be closed for a short period in November.
