In addition to beds for 16, 2 pack n plays + 2 twin bed/chairs You have booked the entire property and have access to everything except the owners closet, which is locked. Exterior camera in carport. You have full access to the entire duplex and the grills and outdoor rinse off as well as the full driveway. I am available via cell and email always. Text is always fastest Walking distance to movies, water park, go karts, putt putt, grocery, restaurants... EVERYTHING!! Fantastic location Uber, Rent bikes, walk, rollerblade :) we use our cars a little as possible when on the island! Only dogs allowed and 3 dogs maximum. NO CATS. Sheets and towels will be at the property but the beds are not made up - the sheets are folded on the end of the beds. If you wish to have the beds made, the cleaning crew charges $80 per side above the cleaning cost to do that. I personally do not feel it is worth the cost but am happy to book that for you if you would like. Please let me know in your booking notes and I will include the charge. Details will be given in confirmation email. *if twin sheets are used in bunkbed room for fold out chair/bed, please wash and return sheets to the bag in closet. These are not included in the linen fee I pay for and an extra $40 charge will be applied per set to guests that don't wash these twin sets as that's the fee I am charged per bed. Thanks for your understanding. North Carolina Law prohibits grilling on the decks and balconies of rental properties. Grilling is permitted only on concrete surfaces away from wooded areas or structures. If we provide a grill, the guest is responsible for the cleaning. All rooms have Smart TV's & no cable so you can log into your preferred streaming app and watch TV. Top twin bunks not recommended for people >100 pounds. Top queen bunk limit is 400 pounds resting weight (no bouncing around on either top bunk!) Please rinse off sand at the outdoor shower to help keep shower drains flowing free of sand.
