Experience authentic organic farm life, while staying in our 28m² luxury cotton tents right next to Ølene bird sanctuary. Connect with friends, family or your partner under the stars and get up close with nature. Listen to the sound of summer delivered by the skylark from your hammock. Prepare our organic and biodynamic products on your gasgrill, and grab something cold to drink from your fridge. Take a walk to the nearby birdwatching towers. NOTE: Max capacity is 4 adults (plus one child) The space Our spacious 28m² tents with 100% cotton canvas ensure the right balance between breathability and waterproofness, which creates a comfortable indoor climate. The tent is furnished with a big double bed, two bedside tables with reading lights, a coffee table, a retro refrigerator, skin blankets, coffee machine and electric kettle. The bed is equipped with quality mattresses, musk duvets, wellpur pillows and cotton linens. There are two bathrooms within 100 meters distance that are shared with guests from two other tents. Guest access You can use our large garden which is ideal for outdoor badminton, football and the like. If you are adventurous try explore our protected forests, which among other things house a Stone Age tomb or look at the many biodynamic crops such as hemp and emmer that grow on the fields or visit the horses and cows at our lake and meadow enclosures. Other things to note BREAKFAST BASKET CONCEPT: It is possible to order a delicious, organic breakfast basket for four people with primarily local products. The basket contains: 🧺 An organic bread from the local bakery with biodynamic flour from our fields 🌾 Two types of organic jam 🫙🫐🍓 Honey from Ølene Bird Reserve or Bornholm 🍯Organic cheese 🧀 Organic butter 🧈 850 ml of organic orange juice🍊 Tea and coffee from Kenya in the tent ☕🍵 The basket costs 295 DKK and must be pre-ordered no later than 1 days before arrival ☀️ We place the basket at your tent entrence or cabin at 08.00 am. If you want to order the basket for only two people it's 175 DKK and 1/2 liter of juice. BURGER CONCEPT: We have a burger basket concept if you want to taste the farm's juicy and tasty biodynamic meat 🍔 In addition to the meat, the basket consists of whole grain buns, homemade organic pickles 🥒 and onions 🧅, organic lettuce 🥬 and tomatoes 🍅, ketchup and mayonnaise. If you want to order a burger basket with, for example, 3 burgers, this can be done with at least one day's notice 🧺 We place the burger basket in your fridge the same day you need it and then you simply cook the burgers on your gas grill - quick and easy. The price per basket depends on the number of burgers - one burger costs 110 kr. It's also possible to buy vegetarian burgers. You can also order a taxi from Dantaxi Bornholm, their phone number is on google or you can download the Dantaxi app on your phone. Our bus line from Østermarie can take you to the island highligts like Dueodde, Hammershus, Aarkirkeby, Gudhjem, Rønne, etc. You can find bus routes and times online on the BAT website.
