Other things to note BART runs behind the house down the hill. The house is up on the hill. Can feel the small vibration from BART. Please note that the back bedroom of this property may experience some noise from the nearby freeway. Guests are advised to keep the windows closed, especially at night, to minimize any disturbance from traffic sounds. Early check-in/Late check-out request: Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time. Additional note: The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities.
