The Coach House

Large luxury family house situated in East Sussex close to the beaches of Pevensey Bay, Eastbourne and Hastings. Ideal getaway for a family or two couples looking to get away from it all. The house sleeps 4 adults with plenty of additional space. Please note this is not a party house. The space This is our family home and we only rent it out a few times a year. We hope you enjoy staying here. The house has a unique villa style feel with high ceilings and large spacious rooms to give you plenty of space and feel like you are away on holiday. Located just 5 minutes drive from family friendly beaches in Pevensey Bay, 12 minutes from beautiful Eastbourne beaches and 25 minutes from the historical towns of Hastings and Battle. The house is well located with a supermarket 500 meters away and access via a private driveway and double car parking space. The house has a double room with a family bathroom and a twin room with an en-suite shower room attached. It comfortably sleeps 4 adults. Babies or young children with travel cots would be suitable to stay alongside 4 adults. We can provide a travel cot and high chair if required Guest access Access is via key safe. Other things to note We have a wonderful roaring wood burner in the lounge and outside fire pit dining area so guests can enjoy a hot fire inside or out depending on the time of the year. Guests can also access a large charcoal bbq for dining out on the terrace in the summer.
