AVORIAZ style chalet / 5 people: charming 2 rooms of 40 m2 in the chic district of Ardoisières/Dromonts. Hauts-Forts building, quiet, not overlooked. Panoramic mountain views from sunrise to sunset with 2 south-facing balconies. 4 real beds (1x double 140 + 3 x 90). Restaurant/Bar/Bowling. Located less than 200 m from shops and the children's village. Next to the gondola. Ski locker. Dogs allowed Linens and towels can be provided on request The space The living room has 3 real beds (2 comfortable sofas and a pull-out bed, all 3 with slatted bed bases). The bedroom includes a 140 cm bed from which you can see the mountains even while lying down: the dream of breakfast in bed! The apartment offers a lot of storage (2 large wardrobes, a dresser and sofa lockers). The kitchen is not recent and has not been redone (because we have just acquired this accommodation that had been in a family for 20 years) but it is very functional, equipped in particular with a real oven (ideal for winter gratins!), a small dishwasher (no dishes to do), a Nespresso coffee machine and 1 Italian coffee machine. For cheese fondue, a caquelon and a raclette machine are available. The toilet is separated from the bathroom with bathtub. There is a balcony in each room, and the one in the bedroom looks like a real hut where birds nest in the spring. The sunshine is maximum because there are no shadows, nor opposite, from sunrise to sunset. Light is an integral part of the premises. Wi-Fi is installed and of course free. We fell in love with this cozy and old place, which we rent here to be able to renovate it little by little, thank you for contributing to our project. 2023 RENOVATIONS: brand new parquet and corridor partition removed for more space. Bed linen not provided. Guest access We are mostly present in the resort on weekends to welcome you and guide your stay. In case of absence or arrival at night, we have a system allowing you to access the apartment key and book a restaurant table for you if necessary. Other things to note We ourselves own 2 dogs, we accept animals because we have regularly been motivated to book places that accept our English bulldogs. Vacations are more beautiful with them, so we are open to receiving yours! However, we ask that you let us know in advance, as the hair requires a lot of cleaning.
