You will stay in a room in a townhouse located in Pasadena, CA 91106. You have a TWIN bed, a working DESK, a SHARED bathroom w/ one other room. Common areas are shared with 2-5 other housemates in the house at different times. By booking, you agree to all house rules Walk: 15mins to CalTech; 45mins to Old Pasadena; 25mins to The Huntington; 5mins to PCC Drive: 13mins to JPL; 20mins to DTLA Nearest Public Trans: Allen/Colorado Bus and Allen Metro Station The space The townhouse is built in 2018 and is the perfect place for you to rewind and rest after a long day. Whether you want to go out and explore LA or use the room as your own private getaway, this place can do it all (I mean, in-house washer and dryer + complementary Tide (What!?) and Bounce Sheet (Nice!)). All I ask is you treat my space with love and respect. You have access to almost the entire townhouse, including shared Kitchen, Living Room, Front/Backyard, Laundry. Please respect other guests' privacy. Guest access Have a car? You may park on the street (it's safe) but Pasadena City requires a Temporary Overnight Parking Permit (30-Day or Nightly) to park within the city limit. Please search "pasadena permitinfo net" and look for 30-Day Temporary/Overnight ($24/month) or TOPEO ($3/night). **MAKE SURE YOU HAVE IT BEFORE ARRIVAL. Sometimes we have garage spots open. Please inquire if you are interested. When parking in the garage, you may need to coordinate with other guests' in-and-out schedules for the driveway. However, most guests find it troublesome so we suggest you get the permit according to your stay.
