Private access to inviting suite; living, bed, bath and screened in patio with swing. Centrally located off Constitution Trail, ISU, IWU, Country Financial, State Farm and right off Route 66. Walk to eateries, shops, and groceries. Welcome parents of students, professors, professionals or solo/couple road traveler(s). The normal township requires an additional 6% short-term rental tax (for stays under 30 days) which is a separate fee requested by the host upon booking. The space Our townhome has two floors. Your suite is the first floor and is accessible from a private entrance. While most of our private belongings are removed from this space, we left a few personal things (art, DVDs, blankets, etc) to maintain a homey feel. This suite includes; Living area, bed, bath and screened in patio. You have access to wifi, cable tv, microwave, coffee, and mini-fridge too. Guest access You are welcome to park on the right side of our private drive. You will be towed if you park on the street side in front of the unit. To enter the unit; Go to the right side of the house (please respect my neighbor's privacy by sticking to my stone inlaid path) and walk down trail path to backside. You have private access to the unit from the screened patio below deck. A secured keypad enters suite. The bottom suite is locked by a deadbolt on the door, from the interior unit, for your privacy and security. During your stay We are available by phone, text, and email. If you feel more comfortable meeting us in person, please feel free to knock on our front door otherwise we will respect your space. We also will not enter the unit unless we have your permission for cleaning or repairs. We will do our best to keep temps comfortable during your stay. We have a fan and an updated space heater (please turn off before leaving unit), and you are welcome to adjust vents in the ceiling for slight adjustments. Other things to note If we aren't traveling, you may hear us come and go upstairs. The complex respects quiet hours from 9 pm until 9 am. We offer you parking in our driveway, to the far right side please, so we can come and go freely without disturbing you. If you park outside these boundaries, you could be towed by our complex.
