In the city center of Morlaix, in the charming Venelles circuit, close to the Port and the Viaduct, close to all shops and cultural activities (SEW, La Salamandre cinema), this attic room has the great advantage of having its own private bathroom and the use of a fully equipped shared kitchen. The space On the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a 19th century building, quiet in a cul-de-sac, the room is 16 m2 on the ground and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay: double bed, desk, chair, armchair, furniture to keep your belongings. Its view overlooks a beautiful lush garden (huge palm tree, bicentennial oak, linden trees, hazel trees...) in which our two chickens and our two cats walk. It has its own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). The shared kitchen is equipped (fridge, stove, oven and microwave, cupboards), with a nice view of large and beautiful trees. Fiber optic with fast WiFi. Free parking nearby. Guest access If you come by train, we are only a ten-minute walk away, cutting through the alley. If you come by car, you can come and unload your belongings on site and then go park for free nearby. If you are coming by bike, we have a place to keep your bikes on site. During your stay I live in the same building and will try to be there to welcome you in person. In case of absence, I also have a key safe for independent check-in. I can be reached by messaging and phone and will be happy to help you and meet your needs. Other things to note 1) The house is completely non-smoking, please smoke outside and do not bring cigarette butts into the house. 2) This is an old building with good acoustics where everyone must be careful not to make noise, so as not to disturb others, both day and night. 3) Visits are not allowed without prior agreement (consult me before) and there is a surcharge to be paid for any additional person not reported at the time of booking. 4) The garden at the rear of the house is private and not accessible to guests.
