Other things to note Please take notice that the building has no elevator so there are steps to climb. Heating and cooling: The apartment is equipped with it’s own boiler and heaters, which can be operated for heating through a thermostat mounted on the wall inside the apartment, to set the desired temperature. Please note the maximum heating temperature you can set is 24 degrees C (75.2 F). Please do not touch or alter any of the settings on the boiler. There will be an additional charge fee for any intervention needed on the boiler’s proper functionality caused by the guest’s improper use of it and disregard of the rules. For cooling, the apartment is equipped with an air conditioner available only during warm seasons, which can be operated using a remote control. Please only turn it on while inside the apartment, and switch it off when going outside, in order to prevent any hazard from happening, as well as unwanted power expenses. Thank you!
