Cosy 2 bedroom guest house in Cornwall

Our guest house on the back of our property has two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds as well as a sofa bed downstairs sleeping 5 guests in total. There is also a travel cot, baby bath and high chair. Each bedroom and the lounge have smart TV's and WIFI connected. Corner shops, the local town and supermarket are within a short walk and the nearest beach (Portreath) around a 2 mile drive. We are centrally located to most tourist areas. Parking in the lane. Other things to note No Pets and no smoking allowed in the guest house.
