Gather for an Evening in the Home Theater at a Palatial Pad

We have a beautiful fenced-in backyard with a large porch that includes an outdoor eating area and lounge space. We have two umbrellas and a retractable awning to provide some shade in the afternoons & evenings. If you have any additional questions about the space and amenities, please don't hesitate to ask! :) Guests will have access to all living areas in the home. The only areas that will be off-limits are an upstairs closet, office, the garage, and a basement storage room. We will not be available in person, but are always available via Airbnb app messaging or by phone. This is a quiet, safe neighborhood 15 minutes from Michigan Stadium. The house backs onto a beautiful neighborhood park with a walking trail, updated playground, and swing set for adventures in the fresh air. Parking in our neighborhood is free and unrestricted! There is parking available for at least two cars in the driveway and there is ample street parking throughout the neighborhood. There are also nearby bus stops for the Ann Arbor bus system. Uber/Lyft rides are quite reasonably priced to get to downtown Ann Arbor or the Detroit Airport.
