This modern and comfortable apartment with OFFICE KITCHEN is designed to offer you a practical and pleasant stay in Madrid. It has a double bed of 135cm by 190cm, bed linen and towels, a separate living-dining room and soundproofed windows that offer natural light and views of the outside. In addition, the apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and hairdryer. The space The American kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and toaster, designed exclusively for heating. This apartment is perfect for those looking for a practical space to relax and enjoy the city. The apartment is located on a high floor and does have an elevator, and has 2 windows, of which the first located in the bedroom overlooks an interior courtyard, and the second located in the living room overlooks the exterior, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during their stay. Guest access We do not provide any oil, salt or pepper during your stay. Other things to note For reservations OF 15 NIGHTS OR MORE, electricity is charged, and a deposit of €250 is charged, which is returned one day before your departure. Check-in: From 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Late check-in from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am is a €20 surcharge and from 12:00 am to 1:30 am is a €30 surcharge. Check-out or departure from the Studio no later than 11 A.M. (CHECK-OUT TIME IS NON-NEGOTIABLE).
