The space Studio extremely clean, stylish and comfortable space that's great way to unwind after a day of soaking up all that Bondi has to offer. It includes a large Smart Tv including Netflix. I took care of all the details of this apartment, unlimited Wifi internet, aircon, Heater, refrigerator, microwave For sure you will feel home. The neat, functional kitchen has a Nespresso machine (pods supplied) and all you'll need for basic cooking including pots, pans in case you want to whip up a home cooked meal during your stay. Clean and spacious bathroom. Queen sized bed, fitted with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for the best nights sleep and wardrobe. Waking up and rolling out of bed for a swim, then grabbing breakfast and coffee. Going for walk from Bondi Beach to Bronte along the coastal walk. Having a relaxing beer at the BucketList Bar 3 mins from our unit. Guest access You'll have access to the whole Studio and Common Area. The keys are provided at the check in. Other things to note 1. **Lost Key Fee:** If the key is lost, a $100.00 fee will be charged. 2. **Rubbish in Communal Area Penalty:** Leaving any rubbish bag in the communal area of the building will result in a penalty fee of $100. 3. **Late Check-Out Policy:** Due to our busy cleaning schedule and the need to prepare for incoming guests, late check-outs cannot be accommodated. Guests who exceed the check-out time may incur a penalty fee of $500. 4. **No Partying Policy:** No parties are allowed on the premises. This includes playing loud music or disturbing neighbors. Guests found breaching this policy will be subject to an additional penalty fee of $1500. 5. **No Smoking Policy:** Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building/rooms. Guests caught smoking will face an additional penalty fee of $500. These policies ensure that everyone both in the building and around it can enjoy it the same way.
