This house is a pleasure to be in. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, decorated with the help of an interior designer and created with the desire of meeting all the desires of guests. The place it is in a small hotel, so we have another 8 delightfull apartments, so you can bring your friends in the same location but you still have your privacy. We just opened, so you are among our first guets, everything is new and perfectly clean. The space The space is Located in the heart of Bucharest, you ll be within walking distance to all the major sights, Old Town is at 10 minutes walking from the apartment. This stylish apartment has a queen size bed, a fully equiped kitchen and a nice and clean bathroom. The kitchen is fully equiped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tableware, cutlery, plates, glasses, pans. For the bathroom we provide clean towels, soap and shower gel. Guest access You have private access to all the apartment and all its amenities. The acces is made by a smartlock, that allows you to check in by yourself. I will provide you an access code that is valid during your stay. We have a private entrance that only our guests can use. For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the common areas, in front of the building, in the reception area, in the hallway and on the stairs. They are on and recording. Other things to note Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, since we have smoke detectors. The violation of this rule will result in a 100 eur fine. The studio is on a central street, keep in mind that the tram which passes exactly in front of the building will make noise. Unfortunately we do not have an elevator in the building and the studio is on the 2nd floor! If you lose your room access card, a fee of €50 will be charged.
