Fully-equipped modern villa: beach & city center

This comfortable 100 m² house, recent and bright, modern style and Asian-style decoration, enjoys a pleasant position close to the historic center of Fréjus. You will be staying 2 km from Port Fréjus and beaches offering a choice between private and public beaches. Private parking for two cars overlooks the main entrance. The large bay windows of the living room overlook a large shaded terrace and a beautiful south-facing garden. The space The house, on two floors, is organized into three bedrooms each with a fan. The master bedroom consists of a king size bed in Teak and an extra bathroom. A second small bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the third with a trundle bed (a child's bed & extra bed) share a bathroom. Guest access The villa is ideally located to spend a pleasant vacation in the sun and explore the Côte d'Azur. From the port of Saint Raphaël, you can get to Saint-Tropez and Sainte Maxime by a regular shuttle boat service. Located on the other side of the Estérel massif, Cannes is located forty km away via a magnificent seaside road. The first shops are close to the house, you can walk there. Other things to note The house must be returned clean. Basic equipment: you will find at your disposal a complete set of sheets per bed and a bath towel per person (beach towels not provided). Our two adult bikes, ping pong table and children's toys (Lego and building blocks, board games) are at your disposal. Finally, our garden has a vegetable garden area, we will probably intervene once during your stay to maintain it and pick the seasonal crops :).
