This attic unit is an upscale and sparkling Hotel-Alike private space (NO KITCHEN), with attached bath + micro, small fridge, coffeemaker, workspace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, King-size bed. ALL PRIVATE - NO SHARE. No cleaning fee, IF YOU MAINTAIN AND RETURN A CLEAN UNIT. W/D - 1 free per week; $6 thereafter. No Pets. For 'Emotional Support Pet': certification + Insurance needed. YOUR UNIT IS PRIVATE BUT THE ACCESS IS VIA COMMON AREA. The pet NEVER stays alone in the unit. The space Downtown Mechanicsburg is a desirable location due to safety, vintage look, and art / dine / wine places. Your unit is as private as a hotel room; no shares; no need to smile or sit with other strangers. Plenty street parking if the 1 private space is taken by another guest. 5-15 minutes to the Navy base (depends on the gate), 20 to Capitol, 25-30 to Hershey, 45-50 to Gettysburg / Lancaster. Arrival: 4-7pm, or other arrangement, if I'm available. Departure: no later than 11am. Guest access The entire Guest Room is yours. NO SHARES. Entry door to the building and steps are shared. Other things to note RESTRICTION: Due to the historic structure, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSON / ANYONE ABOVE 250 lbs. 8pm to 8am is 'QUIET TIME ZONE': no unusual noise, no large boxes/luggage moving up or down, vacuuming and such. HOUSE RULES 1. Guests do NOT pay a cleaning fee ($50 weekly) ONLY IF they keep, and return, the unit clean. 2. No guests or visitors. 3. No smoking, vaping, candles, open fire, or storing any flammable material. No use or storage of illegal drugs. No partying, loud noise, excessive alcohol use. No additional small appliances. No pets.
