The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a single flight of stairs from the parking bays at the front of the building. SLEEPING There are 2 good sized double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. Rooms are kitted out with everything you'll need and offer quiet places to rest your head with the added bonus of black out curtains and double glazing. All beds are dressed in hotel quality linen. Please note: Travel cots are available on request for an extra fee, please provide your own bedding if required. FRESHENING UP There's no need to wait around to get freshened up. You'll have the pick of a main bathroom and ensuite, both modern and full featured. Towels and toiletries provided. Washer-dryer available. Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board provided. RELAXING Put your feet up in the living room, sink into the comfy sofa and watch your favourite movie on the Flat screen TV coupled with extremely high speed broadband and Roku. EATING Cook up a storm with a fully equipped, modern kitchen: Cooker with induction hob Fridge/Freezer Toaster Microwave Kettle and all the pots and pan one needs! ......and a Dishwasher to help you get them all clean again!! Tablets provided - enough to see you through the first few days. Family meal time will be a pleasure here in the dining area with plenty of seating for 4 guests. Single use refreshments provided - enough to see you through the first few days.  Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment which is located in a block of four apartments. Other things to note Check-in time is usually after 4pm and check-out time is usually before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. Please note that all guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide valid photo ID along with a selfie for verification before check-in. This is to ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone. Instructions will be sent after booking. Thank you for your understanding!.
