Close proximity to the renowned and much visited Aysgarth Falls with many walks from the door step along with other visitor attractions within the Park. Dog friendly. 2 double bedrooms. Ample off road parking. The cottage has been tastefully refurbished with wood floors throughout, a traditional open fire and bespoke hand painted furniture, mixing modern with tradition. Fabulous views from every window. The space To the front of the cottage there is a private parking space for one vehicle, with additional parking close by. At the rear you will find a paved area with table and chairs that makes a great place for breakfast whilst enjoying the open views across the fields and the surrounding beautiful countryside. Up two steps to front porch which takes you to: Hallway: Entered through doorway from front porch, with wood floors, coat hooks for storing coats and storage cupboard. Kitchen/Diner : A full range of cream coloured wood units with wood worksurfaces. Electric double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a farmhouse style dining table and chairs gives that country feel. Living Room : A lovely room with wood floors, smart TV with Netflix, two leather arm chairs and a comfy sofa and open fire make this a cosy room on a winters night. Bedroom 1 : Beautiful wood framed double bed with white crisp cotton bedding, hand painted chest of drawers and mirror with matching wardrobe, smart TV on the wall. Bedside drawers and lights. This room has fabulous views over open fields and countryside. Bedroom 2 : A lovely light room with double bed with white crisp bedding, bedside drawers with lights at either side of the bed, built in wardrobe and easy chair in the corner. Family Bathroom : A tastefully furnished bathroom with bath and glass screen, with over bath shower, WC, wash basin, mirror and shaver point. Outside: To the front of the property there is private parking for one vehicle with additional parking to the side. To the rear of the property is a private paved seating area with table and chairs which overlooks the open countryside and fields. Guest access Parking is in front of the property.
