The first floor of the home also has a full bathroom. The upstairs of the home has one bedroom with a queen bed and dresser and a media room with a queen size sleeper sofa. The upstairs access has a catwalk that looks down over the first floor living room. The second floor of the home includes an additional full bathroom. The garage sleeping quarters are spacious and well equipped with two twin beds and a half bathroom. The first floor of the garage stores four single kayaks for tenants use. At Peace Downeast has recently been upgraded to high spreed fiber optic internet. The exterior of At Peace Downeast is glorious. There is a deep water dock within 50 feet of the main house deck. Off the driveway there is a path to the pocket beach. This is a great place to launch the kayaks included with the rental. The home has eastern exposure which makes for great sunrises over the bay.
