Welcome to Pine Cone Guest House. Spend your vacation at our spacious house, with four bedrooms and two baths. It accommodates up to eight guests and features a full kitchen, a cozy living room with a river-stone gas fireplace, and a game/family room. Guests will enjoy a quiet wooded setting, yet we are a short walk to the Top of the Hill Shops, restaurants, the beach, the marina, The YMCA, Peninsula State Park, and all downtown Fish Creek and Door County has to offer. About the space: Four bedrooms/two full bathrooms Living room with fireplace Central A/C and Heat Washer and Dryer Pets are not allowed on the property Four parking spots in the driveway (no garage access) WiFi (due to the rural nature of Door County, WiFi and cell phone coverage and service can vary) Sleeping accommodations: Bedroom 1 (second level): King bed, ceiling fan, and TV. Bedroom 2 (main level): Queen bed and TV. Bedroom 3 (main level): Two twin beds. Bedroom 4 (lower level): Queen bed. Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, oven, toaster, Keurig K-Duo, pots, pans, kitchen towels, hot pads, and baking sheets. Dishes, utensils, glassware, wine glasses. The counter includes three stools. Dining table with five chairs. Bathroom 1 (second level): Full bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Bathroom 2 (main level): Full bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and washer/dryer. Outdoor space: The front porch has Adirondack chairs, a patio area with a Weber grill, and a sitting area. No guest access to the garage. Fire pit not available. PROVIDED: Bed linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, kitchen towels. Please bring your own beach towels. We supply a starter set of paper products, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, two garbage bags per trashcan, and one box of fascial tissue per bathroom. Dispenser of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per bathroom. We do not provide any pantry items. Due to health and safety guidelines, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials, such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. * Important property note: This property has two security cameras at the side and front door. *This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards peaceful family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings. No guests other than registered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
