With its elegant original mosaic floors, high ceilings, and large windows filling the space with natural light, the apartment blends charm, warmth, and a contemporary feel. It comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. The bright living and dining area is the heart of the home, featuring a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, a large dining table for four, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair—ideal for remote workers or digital nomads. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals at home. You’ll find a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, blender, and all necessary kitchenware and tableware. The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. Adjacent to it, a spacious walk-in wardrobe with plenty of storage also includes a single sofa bed, making it a flexible space for an additional guest. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and includes complimentary toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, as well as a hairdryer. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Clean bed linen and towels (for apartment use only) are also provided. To ensure a comfortable stay year-round, the apartment has central air-conditioning/heating and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it an excellent option for long stays or remote work. Other things to note - SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). - For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter. - The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
