Guest house in Charlottesville

Solar powered cottage with 15 foot ceiling, sleeps four, This unique place has a style all its own. Italian fold out couch and a loft. kitchen and outdoor deck. It Is 75 feet from our house. We are 1.0 mile from the Downtown Mall of Charlottesville in Historic Woolen Mills, 5 blocks from the Rivanna River and Park. Off street parking, 250 sq ft plus loft. Has lots of light. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens!there is so much in our area from hiking to eating to contemplating The space We designed this cottage to sustain itself with solar panels. We also want you to feel at home here, the colors and large windows open to green lawn and garden hopefully succeeding in our goal. The cottage is full of light with a 15 foot ceiling slanted to hold solar panels. The backyard is quiet with the occasional noise from Rosie, all four of our red chickens our named Rosie since we can’t tell them apart. Guest access You can share our backyard with chickens and Vada our English cream dog, walk through our gardens, pull a few weeds…… Other things to note Please note we restrict children to 12 and older due to loft and ladder. There may be a few exceptions.
