Spacious room short walk from the Shadwell DLR & Overground stations and 10-15 minute walk from the City of London including Tower Bridge and easy access to central London as well as Canary Wharf and Stratford. Ideal for a short stay traveler. The space Spacious room furnished with a double (4ft) bed, desk and storage. This room also has access to outside garden area. The apartment is double glazed with gas central heating. The apartment is on Talbert Walk, Shadwell, just off Cable Street. The flat boasts excellent transport links and is ideally located for trips into the City and Canary Wharf as well as Stratford. Wifi, bedding and towels are included. There is more than one room available, please enquire if there is no availability shown on the calender. Guest access Guest will be given keys at check-in. You will also have access to shared facilities - bathroom & kitchen. The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. There is also shared bathroom with WC and over bath shower. During your stay I do my best to meet and greet at check-in however I like to give my guests space to be comfortable and relax. I am always contactable and am responsive to my guests queries. This is a shared household and there are other guests staying in the property. Other things to note This is a private room and there are other sharers in the household. Guests are expected to respect other sharers in the household and be mindful about cleanliness and noise. Guests must respect the reservation agreement. This includes but is not limited to: check-in and checkout times, number of guests, permissibility of pets or smoking and house rules agreed upon at the time of booking. Check-in time is between 3PM and 10PM. Check-in time outside these hours is possible and subject to availability and prior arrangement. it is important if you are arriving late that you are contactable. A late check-in fee of £30.00 applies if guests are more than 30 minutes later than expected and there is no communication; or if check-in needs to be re-arranged and it falls outside our normal check-in hours. Guests are expected to check-out by 11AM Late checkout fee of £15.00 per hour applies if guests have not checked out by 11AM or without prior authorisation. There is a cat that visits the property. It doesn't belong to anyone but has recently been staying in the kitchen at night.
