Pig Meadow Glamping 5m bell tent in exclusive site

Nestled away in the corner of our farm, Pig Meadow Glamping is a special place, with one 5m Bell tent, providing an exclusive camping experience in an idyllic location. The bell tent is ideally suited to a couple or a family of 4 (2 adults & up to 2 children). Enjoy toasting marshmallows around the campfire and relax into the evening, watching the beautiful sun set and dark skies of Cornwall. The site is only 4 miles from Looe and is perfectly positioned for exploring the Cornish coast. The space With 1 bell tent, you have exclusive site use. The off-grid bell tent has a double bed, with a deluxe mattress for a comfy nights sleep for the adults and 2 single blow-up beds available for children, all bedding and blankets provided. The living space includes a covered barn overlooking the meadow with electric points, lights and a pizza oven log stove, so you experience a bit of the outdoor life knowing you can stay lovely and dry ....with the unpredictable Cornish weather! The barn has a kitchen area with a kettle, toaster and fridge-with a small freezer section as well as all the cutlery and plates for your use. There is complimentary tea/coffee and hot chocolate provided so you can grab a cuppa when you arrive. We have 2 picnic tables for dining and a pizza wood burning stove set up ready for use. We suggest you bring a camping stove for any additional cooking. By the tent, you will find a swing chair, outdoor seating and camp fire. There is a separate wet room with shower. A small amount of wood is provided for the campfire and pizza oven. If you use it all, you can purchase more logs from us (direct from our farm). Guest access We have a number of public footpaths on the lane with the lane leading you through a valley down to the back of Hessenford where you will find the Copley arms. The main village is a 5 minute walk, where you can access bus services to Looe, Liskeard and Plymouth. There is a farm shop 2 mins away by car. We are 4 miles from the beaches of either Looe or Seaton and Adrenalin Quarry which has an outdoor water park set in an old quarry, a zip line and go karting. We are 35 minutes to the Eden Project and Fowey. Plymouth is 30 minutes away with the historic Barbican area and all the amenities of a city. If you want to venture further into Cornwall, the North Coast takes about an hour to reach where you can enjoy Newquay, Padstow, Port Issac and Tintagel. Other things to note There are no formal cooking facilities on site - we have a pizza oven stove. As with any camp site, you will need to bring your own camping stove for cooking. We have a lot of restaurants and takeaways close by in Looe. You will need to bring towels with you
