When designing this bungalows interior I searched for only the Best in furnishings for our guests. The art incorporates Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Frank Sinatra, Steve Mcqueen, and James Dean.We are on site managers and customer service is very important to us. No question is too small. There is a sealy posturepedic pillowtop mattress in the master suite with luxurious bed linens. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a pillowtop matress also. The art deco bedroom suites are from Ashley fine furnishings. There is a dual reclining suede sofa in the living room. Also, a glass top dinette that seats three. This bungalow was inspired by, my love of old Hollywood combined with, the old Florida Miami beach art deco district. We located in the residential area in South Cocoa Beach about 450 feet from the beach, about a 90 second walk. We also provide beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs. Everything is here for a Great beach vacation! We are just blocks away from downtown. There is a trolley that is, accesible from 13th street and is quite conveniant if you choose not to drive. We are seconds away from a lovely park on the ocean with free parking, facilities and seasonal lifeguards. We also provide an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after your swim in the ocean. Vacation in a place with unsurpassed beauty and history. Amazing sunsets and sunrises! We also provide a restaurant directory with our favorite dishes. Part of your vacation is the amazing food and Cocoa Beach has some of the finest dining there is to offer! Cara Mia’s Blue Rose rates include use of all amenities on the property; we do not charge any additional resort fees, parking fees or any other property usage fees. We carefully prepare our rentals for each arriving guest, so please help us by checking out at our posted time of 11:00 am. Check-in is at 3:00 pm. We are flexible with check-in if we don't have guest checking out the same day of your arrival. Please inquire if you are interested in early check-in. Sorry, we don't allow pets.
