2nd floor apartment with natural finishes and materials, with a palapa roof balcony overlooking a large and beautiful garden. Located downtown just 3 blocks from the shore, close to restaurants, banks and supermarkets. This property has been in our family for 4 generations (+100 years) and we have preserved a large percentage of the original local vegetation to maintain the ecological approach that characterizes us. The space In Palapas Cozumelito we care a lot about the environment, so almost all of our materials are natural, we like to save water and electricity, in addition to having a recycling area. The palapa is made of guano, a local plant, and the apartment is decorated with fine wood furniture and a color palette that resembles an iguana, a very common reptile on the island which you can see in many places around the island, including our garden. The garden is full of local and tropical vegetation, we have fruit trees and we receive the visit of small wildlife such as iguanas, terrestrial turtles, bats and migratory birds. Guest access Besides the apartment, you have access to one spot of the parking lot, the patio and garden. Other things to note I have 3 cats and 2 dogs, they're very friendly and will constantly approach you for pets.
