Welcome to our hilltop Carmel Valley Cottage. Located just minutes away from Carmel Valley Village’s acclaimed shops, restaurants, and wineries. Our cottage is perched high on a secluded, idyllic 5 acre lot with olive orchards and vineyards on premises. Featuring sweeping views of mountains, vineyards, and the valley, it is a private retreat situated in the heart of it all. The space At just over 1100 square feet, the private 2 story light, bright, and airy cottage features 2 bedrooms, and one and a half baths. On the lower level there is a tastefully furnished, expansive living space with a 55” smart TV, and a fully equipped state of the art kitchen with a Keurig coffee and tea station. Tucked away behind a rustic barn door is a half-bathroom with a washer and dryer. The upper level features two bedrooms with one queen bed, and two full beds respectively, as well as a full bathroom. Both levels have private decks, where one can enjoy sweeping panoramic views. Just below the cottage, is your own private putting green, horseshoe pit, and meditation bench; all great places to take in Carmel Valley’s acclaimed scenery. Fully automated check-in. Check-in time is from 3PM to 10 PM. Check out time is 11 AM Our cottage is outfitted with state of art smart locks, located on both the upper and lower level entry doors. No keys are required, a passcode will be provided to you for the duration of your stay. The cottage is located on top of a private road. *The nightly price includes the 10.5% Monterey County Occupancy Tax Guest access Guest have access to the entire cottage, putting green and horse pit. The main house is not accessible to guests. No guest access beyond the gates of the hosts home. Other things to note Be aware we are out in the nature, so there will be wildlife around.
