This 100+-year-old stone house on two floors is located in the very center of Bodrum downtown, just steps away from bars, beaches and shopping streets. The house opens onto a cozy and secluded patio. Fully functioning detached kitchen, Turkish-hamam style shower and the toilet also open onto the patio. Although the house is located on a pedestrian zone with vehicle access during limited hours, any place and anything reasonably necessary are accessible on foot. In accordance with the new legislation regarding the leasing of residential properties for tourism purposes and the relevant articles of the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774, there is an obligation to notify the law enforcement regarding the accommodation activities.
