The space Located just a stone's throw away from the city center of Rouen, it will appeal to both families and professionals looking to benefit from an ideal location in the heart of Rouen while enjoying tranquility. Within a secure residence equipped with a private tennis court , our beautiful apartment has been completely renovated. It is furnished, bright, and without vis-à-vis. With a maximum capacity of 4 people, it is composed as follows: - An open kitchen with a bar area including: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, dishes, utensils, plenty of storage, ... - A large living room with a lounge equipped with a smart UHD TV, a sofa bed, and a washing machine. - A beautiful duplex bedroom with comfortable bedding (140x200) and a dressing room. - A shower room with toilet. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy Rouen while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the Place du Vieux Marché). Provided for your convenience: A private parking space (please note limited parking space, difficult access for 4x4/SUV/sedans), bed linen and towels, tennis rackets, free WiFi, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, etc... Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages. We thank you for your understanding. Guest access When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation. Other things to note Your welcome is fully personalized, and we remain available for any special requests throughout your stay. 📅 Check-in and check-out times : - Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM - Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM ⏳ Need flexibility ? - Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge). - Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge). ⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances : - Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in. 🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property : - Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. - No parties or events are allowed. - Strictly non-smoking property. - Pets are not allowed. - In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit. 👮 Practical information : - A valid ID will be required upon arrival. - Breakfast is not included. - Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
