Walking straight ahead, you step into a spacious entrance hall, where a staircase leads up to four comfortable bedrooms. To the right of the hall, you’ll find a large and inviting living room — the perfect gathering space for the whole family to relax together in front of the big smart TV. To the left, there is a bathroom and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. From the kitchen, you step out into the lovely backyard oasis. Here you’ll find a private pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a cozy shaded dining area tucked under the greenery — an ideal setting for long, memorable dinners. Please note that the house is not newly built, and we believe it’s important to mention this when booking. However, it is well-maintained and fully equipped with modern comforts, including WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, a private pool, private parking directly outside the house, a large smart TV, a dishwasher, and much more to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products.
