Welcome to a true slice of paradise! This oceanfront condo sits right on Kite Beach in Cabarete with high-speed Wi-Fi, miles of stunning shoreline, onsite pool, and an outdoor hanging bed for ultimate relaxation. Kiting happens right at your doorstep, and beach restaurants are just a short walk away. With space for up to 6 guests, it's a dreamy island escape for family and friends. I hope you will love my home as much as I do. I love sharing it with other travelers whenever I am out of town. The large balcony overlooking Kite Beach is fully furnished with a dining table, couch and coffee table set, and (my favorite) a hanging bed from which you can watch pro kite surfers fly high. Cook a feast in the large kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and gas stove. Relax in the spacious living room and enjoy Netflix on the big screen TV, or unwind in the large bathtub in the master bathroom. The large pool with sun beds and grill is just steps away and overlooks kite beach. Kite Club is right next door if you are looking to grab some food, rent kiting or paddle boarding gear, or want to take lessons. Please note that kite club has a bar that plays music, which can can be heard from the balcony. The water in the apartment is filtered and potable, so feel free to drink directly from the tap. The wifi is reliable and we consistently use it for video conferencing and streaming. The building comes with a generator so you don't need to worry about power outages. While there are no designated parking spots, free and secure parking is available on the property. Guest access Guests are welcome to use any public area on the property. you can park in any open space (but not garages), the pool, and any other outdoor garden area. Other things to note Please note that the neighbour's cat Mona likes to stop by and visit from time to time. She is very friendly and well-fed. (Despite what she might try to make you believe.) Also, the backside of the apartment is by a road. Traffic dies down during the night time, but you can hear the street noise from the balcony.
