Absolutely spectacular ocean views from this 36th floor residence. Great location and very walkable. Spacious 2 bedroom with a den featuring 1637 sq/ft interior plus plenty of outdoor space. The living room, master bedroom, & 2nd bedroom each have a private balcony. Master bedroom features a king bed, cable TV, walk in closet, and on-suite full bathroom. Second bedroom features a queen bed, cable TV, walk in closet, and on-suite full bathroom. Kitchen is equipped for all your cooking needs. The space The condo is located in an ocean front building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: self parking space included, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas. La Perla is a newer built building with a great location in the city and also in relationship to things to do around Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. Guest access La Perla offers a gym, heated pool, business center, & game room. Rate includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, beach service which includes chairs, towels, and umbrellas. La Perla is located directly in front of a public fishing pier that features a restaurant. You can order food and drinks to the beach. Fishing poles are available for rent as well. Jet ski rentals are very close along the beach as well. Other things to note ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF AIRBNB: APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation. VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly. GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE - Guests will pre-register with the office and receive access to the STiD mobile app for their guest ID's. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid before arrival. Guest IDs will provide you access to the building, elevators, pool, and beach services. We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
