Coffee and tea is included The space This is an upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom, upstairs in an old farmhouse. Entrance front door. The bedroom is a decent size and the bathroom is large. Two windows overlooking the property. Check in is with the owner. Please confirm approximate arrival time. No check-in after 9pm, unless special arrangements made. Non smoking property. There is now an extra Queen bed outside the bedroom on the floor if needed ,for an extra guest, or party of 2 that needs to be separated. $15 for the extra bed, (laundry has to be done) Breakfast can be provided(extra $10/person). so you won't have to worry about bringing anything . pancakes with maple syrup, orange or grapefruit juice,or choice of cereal. Coffee and tea, Sugar/milk or cream. Dads oatmeal cookies. are provided free always. Access to cooking and kitchen facilities and laundry, and screened in porch and BBQ. Hiking trail right outside. Also access to fitness equipment in house..There is a small fridge in the room Guest access . Plenty of free parking available, you can bring your boat or trailer. DOG friendly 15$ per stay, pay on site. there is now a private fridge in the room so you don't need to use fridge in kitchen. Keeping your room more private . This is 2 minutes from Westport on a quiet back road. 20 minutes south of Perth, 40 minutes north of Kingston, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Ottawa During your stay Please be fully vaccinated. Non-vax, don't apply. there is now a private fridge in the room . Guests will have access to most of the rest of the house, including living room with TV and full kitchen and Deck with barbecue and other screened in porch. Other things to note This place is 2 minutes from Westport, 20 minutes south of Perth, an hour and 15 minutes from Ottawa, 40 minutes north of Kingston on a quiet back road at the back of Foley Mountain Conservation Area. (it is a non smoking property ) I provide taxi service into Westport if you stay and need to go to the Cove Inn or Lost penny Pub and don't want to drive. (10$ each way. ) You can bring your dog, extra $15, walk on the trails provided, and there is a fenced-in backyard. This is also a cyclist heaven, many decent roads to ride on, including a 44 km/26mi loop on very good pavement right from my front door. Very close to many lakes in the area, if you have your boat with you. Lots of great places to kayak and canoe.
